- Vehicle interest: brand, model, variant, exchange intent and finance preference.
- Ownership and service records: VIN, registration, job cards, warranty claims.
- Digital: IP address, device type, pages viewed, form completions and cookie identifiers.
- Applications: CVs, qualifications and interview notes when you apply for a role.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information only for stated purposes.

To return your call, schedule a test drive, book a workshop slot, or send a quotation you asked for.
3.2 Delivery and after-sales

5. Retention & Security
We keep information for as long as the relationship, warranty, accounting or legal obligation requires, then delete or anonymise it. Access is limited to people who need it.
