1. Using this website
This website is published by Mody Group for information about its authorised houses. Access is permitted for lawful, personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse forms, scrape content, or attempt to interfere with the service.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Test-drive, service and callback forms are requests, not confirmed appointments, until a Mody advisor confirms slot, location and identity documents. We may decline a booking that cannot be honoured safely or lawfully.
3. Prices and offers
Ex-showroom prices, offers, finance illustrations and specifications are indicative, set by the OEM or partner, and can change without notice. On-road numbers are confirmed in writing at the chosen outlet.
4. Intellectual property
Mody Group, house names and site content are protected. OEM names, logos and model names remain the property of their owners. Nothing here grants a licence to use those marks.
5. Liability
We take care to keep information current. We are not liable for third-party sites, map tiles, or decisions made solely on unpublished screenshots of this website. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain in place.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum rights.
