Dealership of the Year citations usually pick a single badge. This year the jury looked at how a group holds five authorised houses without flattening any of them. Toyota, Honda, Škoda, Volkswagen and BYD keep their own floors, their own technicians and their own customer journeys. What they share is the handshake after delivery — service reminders, genuine parts and a phone that is answered. That is the story behind the trophy, and it is the story we intend to keep writing.
